Things you're about to ask
No — not by default. Every write action lives under an approval policy. New workspaces ship with “act with approval” on every destructive tool. You can later flip an individual agent + action pair to “autonomous within policy” (e.g. price changes ±5%). Some actions — refunds above a threshold, sending email to your entire list, deleting catalogs — are hard-blocked from ever being auto-approved.
It stays in your workspace. We use Anthropic / OpenAI / Google APIs with no-training-on-data DPAs signed. PII (emails, names, phones, IPs) gets redacted to opaque tokens before any LLM call — the model sees
